So ... You are experiencing, or experienced a fundamental breakdown of all laws pertaining to that which is governed by truth. Welcome.
If you're tired of ascribing to truths established by others - no matter how near or far to a sense of objectivism - create some for you and only you.
Unfortunately, I have nothing to offer you in the way of time pacification. You're gonna' have to work through this problem, one way or another.
By the way, I really think decleration of Nihilism, although it is a rather ancient concept heralding back to the days of the Roman Empire, is now a terribly selfish sentiment to hold. Consider all the other beings on this planet hopelessly striving for a means to simply exist within a system of oppression - mainly the one's not priveldged enough to attain any form of education, let alone begin teaching.
